The units will comprise of spacious 2 and 3 bed units across 5 blocks with lots of on site parking.

We will be building on a disused gospel hall and brownfield site. Delivering high quality homes next to a really well performing school - Mercia School.

The site works will commence in 2026, with a completion date in 2028.

While we are unable to deliver an affordable contribution, adding homes to the housing supply will make housing more affordable. The council will also be receiving nearly £1.5m to invest in local community infrastructure.
